Customs:

Orders sent outside of the UK may be subject to additional customs charges. It is impossible for us to predict if or how much you will be charged. You are responsible for paying any customs charges or taxes.

Any orders returned back to us because the courier could not deliver, or because a customs charge was not paid, will be refunded minus the cost of shipping and any fines or fees.

 

While our gunge is sent in plain packaging, the customs declaration will state the primary chemical used in our powder. However no terms like "gunge" or "MessyPup" will appear.

Once your order has been dispatched, we cannot change the shipping address. Please ensure the shipping address is correct, as we take no responsibility if you provide us with an incorrect address.
